Years ago Samuel Adams made a beer called Hopscape, it was a west coast style wheat ale that i couldn't get enough of. This is my clone version as close to it as I ever got. Pillowy wheat Malt flavors with subtle sweetness accented by pine citrus hoop flavor and aromas with a crisp finish.

    Porter: roasted Oak chips?

I've done a max of 3oz chips(in 2oz whiskey) for 9 days. Plenty of oak flavor that is mild and not over done. Home toasting chips is a fun experiment too for unique flavors

    Floor/Shelf Pump Housing

In short, I've moved from a gravity system to a single tier all grain set up with the use of one pump. I use an Xtreme garage wire rack shelving unit from Menards as a brew stand. So it has other purposes other than just brewing like garage storage(my garage is not massive) . Thus i wanted a...

    US-05 for imperial stout?

One packet for an over 1. 100 gravity is laughable. 2 or 3 would be more along the lines if pitching dry, but i see they say a starter is needed. Idk what there thinking is on that. FWIW i just completed an imperial 1.116 with S05 finished at 1.025, i did 4 rounds of stepping up starters (1qt...
