    Are these all in one systems overkill for making sodas? We have much shorter boil and simmer times then the beer guys. So i am curious if the all- in - one systems are more then we would benefit from.

    When making ginger beer i waste a lot of time waiting for the brew to cool from boiling down to 70deg. Can i use a wort chiller like the alcoholic beer guys do? Also can i put the pot in a walk-in freezer? Basically can you cool the brew too fast?
