    I adjusted the actual mash temp in Beersmith after reading your comment and realizing a higher mash temp will lower attenuation. My mash temp was a bit higher than what I put into Beersmith, and now the estimated FG with the actual mash temp is 1.017.

    Stainless Pot in 10G Cooler for Mash

    Well I was thinking of fitting in the pot with the ball valve into the cooler, but now I realize the pot would have to be very small in radius and tall in proportion, so that simply isn't feasible.

    Wash out blow-off sanitation bucket

    I have a carboy with a blow-off tube leading to a bucket with maybe 2 quarters of star-san solution. It's only day 2 of primary, and there's been a decent amount of blow-off into the sanitation bucket. At what point, if any, do I need to replace the star-san solution with fresh solution...
