    Toppling Goliath Mornin' Delight clone??

Had this this weekend at Hunahpu Day. Want to make it, or something close badly. Anyone have any clue on it? 12.8% Imperial Stout. Definitely tasted pecan, tons of coffee, chocolate, maple, and the rest was just awesome juice! (Hunahpu Day was a mess)

Stuck fermentation on my KBS clone??

OG was at 1.092, added US-05, 2.5 weeks later I am stuck at 1.030, and at 8.1 % ABV. I just transfered to secondary and added another packet of US-05 hoping this will work. I am also going to leave it at 70-72 ambient temp in hopes of helping the yeast get the job done. I was hoping of...

Cascadian Dark Ale with Moka Java beans??

I was thinking of trying to make a Imperial Cascadian ale with coffee and chocolate. The roasted malt will give me some roasted flavor, and then throw in some beans and maybe some bittersweet chocolate. Has anyone ever made, or tried something like this, or is it then just a hopped up...

I have looked everywhere, locally, and cannot find them. I know I can find some online, but I have the mash going now for my KBS clone. I have plenty of bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened bakers chocolate, and plain ole milk chocolate. The recipe calls for "1.5 oz unsweetened cocoa nibs...

I want to start a local homebrew club??

I have no idea where to start, and how to let the locals know about it. I am pretty good at building websites and that would be easy, but do I need any licenses, permits, what kinds of liabilities do I need to protect myself from, etc. I am in central FL about 45 mins North of Orlando. I...
