    Dump or ride it out?

    One week into fermenting... I don't want to introduce air into the fermenter if I dump. I don't have co2 or distilled water to fill ball after I empty and reinstall.. suggestions?

    Lme boil

    Tomorrow I'll be brewing a partial mash pale ale. After I'm done mashing my grains. Can I just boil and do my hop schedule and wait till flame out to add my lme to avoid off color and flavors?

    What went wrong

    I recently brewed a brewers best white IPA. Color came out dark and the flavor doesn't seem right. I followed the directions to a t. This was my first partial mash extract I've done. Previously I brewed to extract with a mr beer kit.... the second one was decent out of he two.

    Fermenting in my fast fermenter

    I brewed a brewers best white IPA 14 days ago. Originally I was going to ferment for 2 to 3 weeks and then bottle it from primary. On day 12 I decided to dump the collection ball clean and sanitize and then reinstalled it. Should I wait to hit the 3 week mark or just bottle it?

    Fast fermenter conical

    I'm curious to see how you fellow brewers are using your conicals. How long are you fermenting your batch? Are you doing a secondary in the same vessel or just letting it ride out for 2-3 weeks. Do you add your priming sugar in the conical and bottle, or are you dumping into a bottling bucket...
