I have left my pilsner in the secondary for about 2 months, is this okay? Its in a dark place. Can i leave in the secondary for much longer? or is this good?

My lager (which is an extract kit) is in the secondary fermentation at the moment. I havent lagered it yet, because i plan to do this when i bottle. But in the secondary (i have glass demijohns) the lager is looking quite dark an suspiciously ale like.... shouldnt it be a lighter colour? or will...
Bought a bottle of mead with my friend the other day and loved it. Im hoping to make one myself but i was wondering:
Where do i get that much honey from? and do you have to use fruit in mead?

My cider has been bubbling along for the last 4 days, well bubbling alot really. But suddenly yesterday it stopped all together. Is it natural for cider to stop primary fermentation after 4 days, or is something wrong?

I find that oxyclean gets rid of some labels (eg ones for big commercial beers) but the labels on bottles from micro brewerys and the like just stay on and you have to spend ages scrubbing them off! :(
Im planning on doing my first cider soon and i need some help.
Im making 4 litres because this is just a test but how much yeast do i need? And will any champagne yeast do? or can i use fruit beer yeast?
Also any links with recipies would be usefull :p
