just curious ,I brewed a blue moon clone all grain & I'm going to bottle 1 case then fill a 3 gal keg to take with me up to co, i use primer tabs for the bottles . i know when you take plastic water bottles they expand or contract , is there a risk of exploding bottles ?

I wanted to do a 1 gal pale ale with dried sweet orange peel & was wondering how much to put in ? Just did an American wheat & used .2 oz at flame out

It does get into the low 30s here occasionally, I got one of these for my shop before I was brewing , sounds like a jet engine but it's warm

Wow ! I feel so much better now ! Even though I'm a beginner having brewed 30 batches now , my friends like a majority of my beers but I keep tasting something I think is not right but maybe it's ok now

Maybe jay wasn't use to the quality of craft beer & thought he could drink quantity the macro beer
