This just Happened to me about 2 weeks ago. Not only did the plug fall in, but a bit of sanitizer snuck its way up the blowoff tube and into the beer during cold crashing! I, too, was very worried, but after tasting the beer recently, it ended up being my best one yet!!

I slacked off with yeast freshness and used liquid yeast that was expiring in a month. Ruined 2 recent batches, extremely undrinkable and disappointing. Should have payed more attention to the yeast freshness.

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but are the mint teabags supposed to go into the fermenter for the duration of fermentation? or do I want to remove them?

I also turned off the icloud option, and haven't had any problems since.

Hey all, has anyone else noticed Brew Pal missing from the iphone app store? I was having sync issues after the most recent app update so I exported all my recipes and deleted the app, hoping to start from scratch. But when I opened the app store to re-install, I can't find Brew Pal anywhere...
