    I have been reading alot of lemonade / hard tea recipes and it seems that most people try to emulate Mike's Hard Lemonade (which is a malt beverage). My questions are: 1. Why do I not see malt in these recipes. 2. How much malt (lets say LME) would be needed for a 5 gallon batch.
