    Forgotten Cider

Was going through my closet looking for some tools when I came across this one gallon of cider I had forgotten about. It had been fermenting since November. Want to know if I can still bottle it. Doesn't look like there's mold or anything bad in it. What do you all think?

    5L Mini Keg Beer

Hi All. Wanted to know if anyone knew where I could get some 5L Mini Beer Kegs to drink. Been searching online but can't find a website that would ship to NY and can't find some places in the NYC area. Maybe someone on here might know. Help please.

    Is my homebrew overcarbed?

I conditioned in the bottles for 2 weeks and 6 days at around 70 degrees. Then I put in the fridge for 3 days. Is that sufficient? Also, brewing 1 gallon batches so didn't do gravity tests. Will eventually get myself a refractometer.

    Is my homebrew overcarbed?

Hey Guys, Cracked open one of my bottles yesterday. White House Hone Ale. Tastes great but almost feels like a soda when you take the initial sip. Also, does the head on my beer have too many bubbles? Maybe I'm just overreacting.

    Home brew give you gas?

My body is weird. I've haven't had any problems with homebrews or commercial beer. However, everything I drink IPAs they find a way to mess with my body. I actually stopped drinking IPAs out in bars and only when I'm home. I always have to run to the bathroom.... :cross:

    Beer Priming.

Thanks for your help everyone! I definitely was eager to try one out. Recipe directions said to check one at 1 week which is why I opened it. Will keep them stowed away for another 2 weeks.

    Beer Priming.

They've been setting for exactly a week today. Do they need more time before I put the bottles in the fridge?

    Beer Priming.

Hi everyone! I have a question about my bottled homebrew. I recently opened a bottle and poured it into a glass. Heard the fizz noise when I opened it and there are bubbles in floating up in the beer. However, there's no head on the beer. Shouldn't there be? Is my brew flat? It tastes fine...
