    I dry hopped my DIPA last weekend, after letting it ferment in the primary for 21 days and moving it to a secondary. Just swirled it a bit and now have this floating on the top. I still get an occasional bubble in the airlock, could it still be fermenting, or did I infect it when I racked it...

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

    Wiesty - I did this the last time I brewed this and it worked great. I'm brewing 10 gallons of this tomorrow and will do the same thing, I will, however be using rice hulls as insurance.

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

    Brewing this now. After cooking the pumpkin I added some of the water going into the MLT to it and thinned it out, also adding plenty of rice hulls trying to avoid a stuck sparge.
