hey guys i just transfered the beer from the primary to a secondary and there was still some particles floating around in the beer. I figured this was just yeast but i wanted to make sure there was still supposed to be stuff in it.

The uc davis deal sounds like it might be good thats close to chico and i could transfer in. ill have to look more into that. Even if i didnt go into brewing as a profession i would still love to know more about brewing and all things involved just to satisfy my thirst for brewing.

i really like williams home brew kits. You dont have to soak grains or anything and it comes with everything measured out and ready to go all you have to do is pop the yeast and wait 1-2 days. plus they have a ton of different recipes
