I'm getting a 11.7 SRM on Pro Mash, but my hops I'm worried about I may just use .75 oz of Columbus for (60 min) this gives me 49.5 and I may use Crystal to finish it off with. It is shaping up to be a English Extra Special Bitter with a mixture of hops.
