Did you update the temperature probe settings for the Brewers Hardware probes? The BCS ships w/ coefficients that match our probes, the BH probes have their own set. If you try to use settings that don't match the probes you'll get erroneous readings...

Those relay boards have built in transistor drivers to handle that 70ma relay coils. They only require about 50uA (micro amps) of current from the BCS, so well within budget. Since the +5VDC pin of the BCS can source up to 300ma, you can use that to power the relay board.

Enable Manual Mode in the left hand menu. A green light next to it will appear, and it will bring up the Manual Mode output control table as seen in the screenshot above. Set your RIMS heater to "PID Controlled", enter the desired temp setpoint, and hit apply. Done.

Sorry for the confusion. Manual Mode is just a single state process. If you want to do simple things like on/off control, use the buttons at the top of the screen. But more complex things, like entering temperatures, and duty cycles, PID control, etc., require data entry and hence the 'Apply'...
