    The Barage home bar

I am just about finished with my garage bar. And to celebrate I started home brewing again, very happy with the results for the first batch after a few years off. I took a true bar back cooler and added a tower to it, it's built into the wall.

    Brewing in the news

Todays WSJ In Lean Times, a Stout Dream By DAVID KESMODEL The economic crisis has stifled entrepreneurial activity in many industries. But it's done little to dent the ambitions of those who dream of brewing their own beer and offering it to the world. Surprisingly large numbers of...

Completed first all grain over the weekend

:ban: Did Biermuncher's Blonde Centennial. While i thought i had planned everything to a T and would bang it out like nothing, i was sadly mistaken and humbled. I had issues with a stuck sparge at first. I suspect the grind from the LHBS was the culprit, i questioned the clerk about it at...

    Corney pressure release valve

I picked up half a dozen corneys for $15 each, didn't really look at them for that price. I was looking at them last night in the garage and noticed one does not have a release valve in the lid. Can replacement lids be purchased, or could a valve be added somehow?
