ok well i went ahead and bought two 15 gallon pots. And i think that should be fine if i get a real urge i will do 2 10 gallon batches at once.

i just ordered two ill use one for a hlt and one for a bk. i was going to go with keggles but these just look so much cleaner.

im going to try vittle vaults they come in many different sizes and im pretty sure they will work

there realy is no need to add a ball valve to that pot. wait to get a bigger pot or a keggle to add a ball valve. the main point from what i have discovered for balll valves is to drain them when you cna't pick them up. being on the fact that you aren't able to put more than 4 gallons and boil...

i just got a 4 pack last night and it's pretty good but i don't think it's as good as dogfish 90. but since i can't find the DFH 90 here yet ill probably replace it with the sam adam's until i brew my own. How do you guys think this stuff would respond to aging. IM new to the whole long aging...

don't mangle a perfectly good chiller just go buy a 50 foot roll of copper. I think once i go to bigger batched in the 20-30 gallon range im going to have to do this. right now though im trying to build an all electric 10 gallon. this is a fantastic idea though

im not sure if this is AG or extract but if extract you might not have gotten all of your wort and your additional water stirred up well. im not sure man that's a long way off though
