My Keezer Build....Hopefully it inspires a few!

Hopefully this build inspires some ideas, I got a few from others on this forum as well as came up with my own. This build allows 6 kegs to fit, all though I only have 4 taps at the moment, maybe more in the future? First I bought a 8.8Cu Ft. Freezer from Sears on sale, with a giftcard, and...

    3 conductor wire question.

This may be obvious and i think the answer is yes but.... With a 16/3 wire you have 2x "hot" and and 1x neutral. So could i run one hot to temp control and one hot to 120vac outlet as long as i split the neutral to both ends?

Can someone review my STC-1000 Diagram Idea??

Whats up fellow brewers. Basically my plan is to kick on two 12V PC fans via outlet whenever the Compressor turns on to help circulate cold air around. Could someone please review this and let me know if its good to go. ....Also, the built in lid light is on its own power cord that runs...

So im looking at adding a sight glass and thermometer to my keggle. My valve coupler was tig welded on nice, im not a fan of weldless. Can anyone think of a reason why i shouldnt take a stainless "cross" adapter and put a valve, thermometer and sight glass all off one coupler point? It will save...

Will this get you better extraction and save time?

So I was messing with some things and got this idea. After mash we vorluaf to settle the grain bed a little so we dont get alot of crap in our kettle. What if you skip the vorluaf and just drain while stirring until the water level gets low enough to where you cant stir so you begin to add...
