Thats not too far from me. I havent had too much of a problem delabeling the GL bottles.

Bottled my first two. The IPa and hefeweizen. There was so much sediment from the dry hopping my yield was a little low on the IPA. Tasted both in the half bottle or so left over and they tasted good and obviously flat. The IPA wasnt as hoppy as expected.

I'm clumsy so sounds like a good idea. I also like the above post of a refractometer. Definitely not much beer to spare in a gallon! I'll check out what the store has. I would much rather buy local than online. Prefer to support local businesses and also drink local beer :mug:

I didn't add water lost from the boil. The kits instructions said you could but my friend recommended not to do so. Obviously the one gallon jug isn't too full.
