Looks great! I did the same thing, because I was going to be given 4 corny kegs, which never happened, so it's now my fermentation chamber and I have a small fridge that holds my frozen hops and two kegs. Just need to paint it dark blue and lime green..[emoji16] #GoHawks

That is one sweet ass build! I also agree with somehow having the probe either on the fermenter or in it via a thermocouple well. I have a chest freezer and use a stainless steel brew bucket. I started with no thermo well then quickly realized it was needed as the temps did not remain stable...
