    Flat beer

    I bottled my first batch 10 days ago. I'm concerned I didn't get the sugar mixed well enough.     White floats at top of my beer

    I did my first brew put it in primary for a week then moved it to secondary 2 days ago. It is clearing up nicely but I am getting white floaties at the top of the beer. Is this normal?     All grain or Extract

    I did my first Extract kit last week, my question is what is the big difference between extract kits and all grain brewing is the taste different? Is one cheaper than the other? Or is it just up to each brewer how they want to make the beer like a chef in a kitchen with ingredients?

    My 5 Gallon brew kit calls for 2-3 gallons of water to boil. I have a 4 gallon pot. Does it effect the taste of the beer if I do 2 rather than 3 gallons of wort?
