Looking for help brewing my first water profile fromm 100% ro water. Where do i start?

Is anyone out there using ro water to brew with. I am currently using simple city water filtered through a carbon filter. I am an all grain brewer and all i use for a water additive is the ph5.2 stabilizer. Having good luck. Just wanting some input on using ro water?

hey all i am brewing an ipa with my hops i harvested last year. i have never used whole leaf hops and was wondering the best way to add them to the boil??? im heating strike water right now so have a couple hours until i add them. My thought was to throw them in directly into the boil??

So I was planning on doing a honey brown the other day when to mill grain and get everything ready I came to find the 1 pound jug of honey was hard as a rock.. Ok I live in western kansas we get about 2 to 3 weeks of single didgit lows and teens for the highs. Do you think I will have winter kill on the roots if I just leave my planter above ground. Or should I bury it... I really don't want to dig a 16 foot long 3.2 food wide and foot deep hole haha...
