I am always brewing dry stouts...I have to make sure there is a stout in the pipeline or things just dont feel right..How about you? What's the style you find yourself brewing the most?

I filled up my fermenter with too much wort..and i expect a major blow off, so of coarse i rigged a blow off tube..my question is how much yeast can i expect to lose?
