Made a Kolsch I've made before 6 times. Went a little lighter on OG, 1.040 instead of 1.050, using GigaYeast 021 for those light white wine esters, overbuild #5. Same grist as always, Dingemanns Pils and Briess White Wheat, this time 5#, 2.5#, respectively.
Taste is a little too light but...
