    STC-1000 Probe will not fit in thermowell

    So the temperature probe tip will not fit into the thermowell of the chest freezer I am turning into a fermentation chamber. Would I be able to trim off some of the tip to make it fit with out ruining it. Check and see what you think.

    Primary set a 78*F for first 24 hours
