I know that's an unordinary term to explain flavor... I think that it may be suspended yeast or something... It may be lme twang.. I don't know the best way to term it.. it like a.... rear tongue linger. Kind of a mouthy feel with luga luga luga!!!

I don't use hydrometer readings... just let it clear as per the 1 2 3 method and yuo'll be golden... ***BTW 1 2 3 is a minimum for clearing.. if it needs finishing let her cook.... just keep light out of the carboy and keep the airlock full... oh yeah do the obligatory sniff-sniff...

One kit I did said to boil it for 15 mins to clear out any yuckies,,, But we added it at the last minute..... just seemed to be a better idea. I cracked a young one open...... and it is perhaps the best beer to date....

They have higher prices and less inventory.. but are always open.. ej has fewer hours but better pricing.. neither are geat on prices but he has to pay for a store-front so that's cool... EJ realy has a great hop selection and yeast for a smaller shop...

Just wondering. the last few brews we did we simply tossed the hops in at their respective time.. say 45 mins and 15 mins... should I bag em' I understand that utilization will be best if the're tossed in but it seems that it'll throw the expected ibu off. Our last honey-b clone is a bit...

they leak.. I've tried to test... maybe after you cap you can "twist the top" tight.. that may ... MAY seal the product...
