Doctor say's I no more beer. Drink vodka instead.

Take my advice. I went from 235 pounds to 173 pounds and I am 5'9. Eat almost what you want and work out 4 days a week. DO cut your calories and workout a bit. I drank about 18 beers a week and still weighed 180 pounds. The workout doesn't have to be extensive. Do 20 minutes of cardio and...

    Testing homebrew

I was wondering if anyone would be interested and if it's legal to send a beer to a community member that can judge my home brews. I would prefer someone who has judged before. I have a porter with a very slight sherry flavor. It's not bad at all. I think I have a porter with a sherry flavor at...

My kit checked mostly for contaminates. Thank you for the link it was an interesting watch. I think I might do a buffer and campden tablets. It's not the end all and be all, but it's good for what I do.

    First Unsupervised Venture, Need Advice

No such thing as a spring beer or a winter beer. Well, maybe for some, but I drink whatever and whenever I like.

The case for 3 gal batch brewing for apartment dwelling budget minded beginner

I have 2-1 gallon carboys and 1-3 gallon carboy. I don't feel the need to EVER do a 5 gallon batch. I enjoy swapping out flavors quickly and always have enough beer.

    Random grain thoughts.

^ Extract brewer here. I am about to do a BIAB in a 3 gallon carboy. This is my plan if I choose to accept it. So far, I am excepting it! I will be making a wheat beer. The grains and yeast have yet to be decided, but these are my thoughts on this. The equipment: 3 gallon pot, 3...
