3 Weeks and I think its still fermenting??

Your fine if it’s still fermenting. Did you add any yeast nutrient? If you want to, you can take a Gravity sample and then two days later take another to see where the SG is. It will also let you know if it is actually still fermenting and at what rate.

    Stc controller build

It has worked flawlessly to this day. I’ve left it on 24/7 since it was first built and never had any issue. No fuses or relays but, there is an on/off switch. The cool side is controlling the fridge (obviously) and the hot side is controlling a ceramic reptile bulb.

Old Naproxen/ Alieve barrel for fermenter?

A person nearby is selling blue plastic 20gal and 30gal barrels with removable lids. They said it was used for Naproxen/ Alieve. I don't know if it was in powder or pill form or if there was a bag inside. Asking price is $20 for the 30gal. I'm inclined to think they are okay to get but wanted...

Hasty mistake with acid and mineral additions

This past weekend a buddy and I brewed a Pale Ale. During the course of the day an event happened (armed police investigating a club across the street) which slightly distracted us. After the sparge was complete we realized the sparge additions were not made. So in our haste I added the...
