    Festa brew pale ale...

    Am I the only one?

    M i the only one who does this, i go down to the basement and can just stare a the bubbling airlock for an hour, hypnotized by the gurgling and bubbling of the little yeasties working hard for no other reason then to produce my beer! Thanks yeasties!!!

    What is best for priming the beer prior to bottling?

    His is sort of two questions... I am pitching a festabrew wheat tomorrow, now when it's done fermenting should I add a clearing agent as wheat ale is often served cloudy... Amd second, what is best for priming for bottling, dextrose, kreamix etc...? Thanks in advance! Bodo!

    Munton's brown ale

    HI, i have a muntons brown ale on the go. It's pretty well fermented out but the sample was a little weak in taste. Will it improve with more time or are there any tweeks that I can do now? It's not bad, just a tad watery tasting. If nothin else, i will make black velvets (poor mans). with cider

    Fermentation question.

    I pitched a 3 gallon batch of apple cider 2 1/2 gallons organic apple juice, no preservatives and half gallon pomegranet-blueberry cocktail mix. The cocktail had some "sulfite (grape skins)" that's how it was written on the bottle. Mixed it up, aerated it, added nutients and energizer, 2 packs...
