    Looking to get into mashing

I have been brewing mostly with extracts but I really want to get into more AGs. What all equipment is required for starting to mash? I only brew 5 gallons at a time if that helps

    Thinking about a Red Ale

I would really like to do a red ale, but I've never done one before. Anybody have any good recipes that they have used or found? I only brew 5 gallons at a time and a lot of the recipes I came across were for bigger batches

    Extract cream ale

This is going to be the first one that I crash before bottling. The last one I made was very good but I was a little disappointed with the cloudiness so I'm looking for better clarity on this brew

    Clarity

The brews that I have made so far have tasted good, had good notes, and maintained a good head. I would obviously like to improve a lot of things but one major thing I would like to improve is the clarity of my beer. Any good tips or ideas for doing so?

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Just started a Belgian Pale Ale with a hint of citrus. I'm not a fan of fruity beers as all but I figured trying something different couldn't hurt. I'm just hoping it turns out well and I don't end up with 5 gallons of piss water
