I have never used Sparkelloid, I think it clears fine without it. I have also never seen the need to rack to the 3rd carboy. I have always just racked to secondary, then added the kmeta and it does well when I bottle a week or 2 later. I have also never added more than 5 cups of sugar. Yes...
