Another pecan beer you might find readily more available when it's released is Abita - Pecan Harvest Ale.

Keep in mind also for common off flavors/aromas in beers (such as diacetyl and acetaldehyde which were mentioned here), that some people are more sensititve to these than others. This also just goes for other flavors also everybody's different.

Sounds like you might be on to something, I will have to tell you though putting your critical comments out there, you better not have a thin skin. Someone asked me if I would review homebrews from others on my channel, and I am not so sure I would do it. There are a lot of people reviewing...

I did crack one open... it's promising... I have footage it's coming, the beer will be over-analyzed and reviewed to death this Sunday. :D early indications this is more of a Märzen... even though it's Ale yeast.
