Frozen CO2 tank on new fill?

There's frost/ice in the threading too. Should I just spray that with hot water until it melts then hook the regulator up?

Frozen CO2 tank on new fill?

Newbie question here: I just bought a new 10# CO2 tank from a reputable shop and took it down to be filled. They did it on the spot and gave it to me, and it was covered in ice/frost, which they said was normal after filling. I assumed it would melt away pretty quick, but it's been...

    Consecutive batches on 30A?

Ahh yes, thanks. That makes sense. I guess in theory you could use a transformer in this scenario and tap off two other voltages from the 240, i.e. 60V and 180V and use those. But may be more trouble than it's worth.

Mysterious tainted beer. Change in flavor and color of a soured beer in secondary.

I had a similar issue recently with a beer that noticeably reddened after being bottled. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f36/beer-darkened-during-bottling-402445/ It's a complete mystery to me as it should have ended up a nice golden yellow.

    Beer darkened during bottling

Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to all-grain brewing. For the most part the beers I've made all taste decent, but one thing I've encountered is that my beers always seem to darken during bottling. Here's an example. This was a SRM 6.0 (roughly) IPA I made. Here's a shot of it post...
