    Adding blueberries?

Could I use prefrozen/packaged blueberries that I can buy at a grocery store?

    Adding blueberries?

I am brewing a 5 gallon batch of pilsner that has been fermenting for about a week. I wanted to add some fresh blueberries for flavor. When and how would I want to add them? And how much? I have brewed with orange peel but have never added fresh fruit to a batch.

    Too much foam

I didn't take a final reading. It had been in the primary for 6 weeks, so I assumed it was good to go. Is that to much time in the primary for pale ale?

    Too much foam

Sugar was mixed the same as my Previous 4 batches. It was chilled for two days in the fridge then poured in a frosty mug. Any thoughts?

    Too much foam

Why am I getting to much foamy head on my brew when I pour into a mug? I wasted an entire bottle the other day. I used the standard 5oz priming sugar for a 5 gallon batch on bottling day. To much priming sugar?

    Sweet orange help

I am adding sweet orange to a Weizenbier, but I am unsure as to when I add the sweet orange. Do I add it with 10 minutes left in the boil or in the fermenter???

    Spicing my wheat beer

My intentions were to zest my own, so the works out well. I don't want to over do the coriander, but I will go maybe an ounce of coriander and 2 ounces of zest. I want the orange to come through.

    Spicing my wheat beer

Lol. Thanks for the info. I will add coriander and zest at the 5-10 minute mark and maybe some orange slices in the secondary. It will all depend on the mood I am in. Happy brewing !

    Spicing my wheat beer

Thank you. How much coriander and orange peel did you use? I am going to brew a 5 gallon batch. Also, I had a friend bake the orange peel prior to using it. Thoughts? I was just thinking fresh orange zest.

    Spicing my wheat beer

I am going to be brewing a "three Weisse guys' wheat beer and I want to give it a unique flavor. At what point do I add the fresh orange zest and coriander to the boil? I was thinking the last 10 minutes of the boil.

    Cloudy IPA

I brewed a basic cascade ipa. It turned out well except it did take 5 weeks to prime and is cloudy. Why would the beer finish cloudy? I did use a secondary fermenter for it.

    What are you drinking now?

Drinking a cascade IPA brewing Dead Ringer IPA today.

    Priming question

I pushed the temp to 75 degrees for a week and it primed perfectly. I will stay away from the bottles in my oven😉🍺

    Priming question

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I moved the bottles into a room that is consistently over 70 degrees. I will stay calm :-)

    Priming question

I have an ipa that I bottled 3 weeks ago. It was a basic cascade ipa from a brewers best kit. I used the correct amount sugar as directed by the kit and I have a good seal on all the bottles, but the bottles are still not carbonated very well. The beer also remains cloudy. The current...
