Ok, thank you very much . For a 5 gallon batch , how much coffee beans/ grounds do you feel is a good amount to have a balanced coffee flavor come through? I know it has alot to do with the bean .

Thinking about making a coffee stout and putting the coffee grounds in the mash , is that good way to add the coffee? Your thoughts .

Looks good man, I would drop the wheat and add a pound more to the base and would add a 1/2 pound of cara pills for a nice head , so your late addition citra shines

Why would you care what the BS law says anyway? You have every right in the world to teach your kids a craft and it would be up to the parent to tell the kids what alcohol can do to young persons body. The reason for most laws is to extort money from the citizens to pay for the unelected law...

I will be attempting my first Gruit beer in the coming weeks and was wondering if anybody had any recipes of there own they would be willing to share so I can get an idea of how much herbs to put in a 5 gallon batch . Your thoughts, suggestions and recipes please . Thanks

And citra , with a citra dry hop, came out great . I know citra is tight sometimes but I think you should try that ratio. Your recipe looks great by the way.
