Update for this year. Zeus and Cascade are killing it. Sterling came back ok, and I had to replant new rhizomes for Mt. Hood and Willamette. Also, did some shrub trimming and got some nice looking labels.

I've calculated over 90% with 1056 before. I pulled out all the tricks in the book but it happened. Low sac rest, 2nd shot of O2 at 12hrs in fermenter, sugar add at high krausen.

I haven't found one yet but with the NEBCO reference and the base style being the same I figured I'd ask. I plan on brewing it next weekend so I'll post a new thread if things go well.

Any chance this started life as a 668 clone (sans Brett and peaches of course)? If so, was it close? Sorry if this is a little OT.

I don't think corn sugar will help boost sweetness unless you are stopping the yeast somehow. It will only bump ABV. What if you used a maltodextrin DME to boost body? I'm not one to use artificial sweetener but if I was lactose intolerant I bet I would use em.
