    You could just use a mfl connection. I am useing mfl connections on everything untill I build a keezer and switch to john guest connections.

    Why not filter the beer? Basically you run it through a sediment filter.

    So the primary purpose of the nitrogen is to allow for higher serving pressure. What does the barley do to allow for the denser head?

    From what I have read, serving with 100% c02 just does not have the super dense head.
