    Reading material

    I'm taking vacation in two weeks to a cabin in the woods across the country. A lot of flying aaand downtime. Anybody want to suggest some good books on brewing or creating recipes?     Carbonation Question

    I've bottled 8 batches now, using priming sugar for carbonation. Every single batch has carbonated unevenly. Some bottles will be ready in 4 weeks, some need 4 more weeks at least. Is there a trick to getting it to carbonate evenly? Should I be using something other than priming sugar?
