I just hop'd my IPA with Simcoe in the keg and plan on leaving it there for the life of the beer. I used a zip tie to fix the bag to the dip tube so that I wouldnt have any issues when the beer got to the last few pours. Since the beer will be cold, you don't have to worry about the hops...

Per the forum rules, you must post a price. I'm possibly interested in the kegs and taps/shanks. Are the kegs ball lock? I assume so. What about the taps/shanks? SS or chrome?

Forgot one thing - How are the original hinges holding up?

Can't wait to see some more WIP pictures! My build is very similar except it's using 2x4s for the frame. I was planning on replacing the original top but I may just keep it like you did for now. What did you use for insulation? Plan on adding anything else?
