    Another yeast starter question

    I started it about a week ago, and something came up on brewing day, now it looks like it will be a couple weeks before I can brew. Will it still be good? Flask has been sealed since, not opened at all.

    Another kegging question

    What is the shelf life of a keg? Once I brew it, keg it, naturally carbonate it, how long will the beer last, with and without refrigeration? Basically I would like to keep 2 or 3 kegs rotating.

    fermenter chiller?

    I have a spare dorm style refrigerator that was given to me. Plan on putting a better thermostat on it for better tempature controls. Would this make a good chiller for fermenting?

    My first IPA

    And first keg. We had a party this weekend, beer went over well. Always a pleasure when other people like your beer. Now I wish I had measured for alcohol content as this was strong beer. I will be making another batch soon. Next on the list is a porter though.

    Cleaning Kegerator stuff

    I see these kits for cleaning up your lines, taps, etc. Couldn't I just mix some sanitizer and water, pressurize the keg and run it thru, then do the same with clean water?
