    Nothing but Froff?

    It's at 61F and has been there for 4 weeks settling. There is no beer hose from the keg (i don't think). This is the kit i'm using: http://www.brewuk.co.uk/store/micro/complete-st-peters-starter-equipment-set.html I don;t know the CO2 pressure and don't think i've carbonated it! It is ale.

    Hi, My first ever brew is ready to drink, but when i open the tap on my keg all i get is a very fiery froffy flow. Does anyone know what might be causing this? The brew is an IPA. And i've had to turn the tap slightly to stop a leak so that the tap is pointing down at a 8 o'clock angle...

    A Brew Move

    My first ever batch is currently settling - looking forward to cracking it open. I'm going to take my keg a few hours drive away, is this going to cause any problems with it getting stirred up at all? If so, is there anything i can do? Cheers all

    Err whats that....?

    Just syphoned my first ever batch out of the fermentation vessel and there was a pretty thick layer of brown jelly/sludge at the bottem. Is that normal?

    Brewing my first batch and 6 days into the primary fermentation I’ve discovered my fermentation vessel airlock still in the box! I’m using a fermentation bucket, which has a small hole at the top about the size of a coin. Does anyone know the damage of not airlocking my brew...
