If I go with this recipe and the light LME any thoughts on adding roasted barley to the grain bill to darken and to add the roasty favor missing due to not using dark extract?

Just an update. I ended up finding this pot and got it. For $15 more bucks I got 2 more gallons. Still aluminum, but it should due for now. Thanks everyone for the input. Much appreciated...

Thinking of going to full boil if I get it. Anyone do full boils (starting with 6.5 gallons) in an 8 gallon pot? I know I would be cutting it close for boil over, just trying to gage "how close".:)

Still haven't decided if I am going to get it or not.

For anyone who has made this recipe, did you add the liquid extract at the beginning or end of the boil? The recipe doesn't say. Thanks.
