I am making my 4th batch and it has more sugar than honey.
I'm wondering if we age mead for flavor or for alcohol content?
I mean can I drink my homebrew after a week? 3 days or do I have to wait 6 months
So I am making my 4th batch and this one is a big one by my standards.
Its a 5 gallon bucket with the following:
1 LB of grade A honey
4 Pounds of pure cane sugar
Then I got ambitious:
1 TBSP of Cinnamon
1 oz of Lemon Juice
And the crazy part:
1/2 of a 24 OZ container of Fake Syrup...
