2+ Weeks in the Bottle - No Sediment?

Ok great and thanks for the encouragement. Out of curiousity I went ahead and dumped the whole bottle in a glass, let it settle out, and drank slowely off the top. Sure enough there were a number of yeasties on the bottom, but nothing compared to the sediment I've seen in some of my buddy's...

2+ Weeks in the Bottle - No Sediment?

Hi all, My first brew has been in the bottle for 2 weeks and 4 days. I've cracked a few open over this time period to see how the taste has been developing and I have a couple of questions. As expected the flavor is getting less green and developing some carbonation, however I haven't seen...

First Brew - Light Exposure - Did I Skunk My Beer?

Could extra conditioning help mitigate this?

First Brew - Light Exposure - Did I Skunk My Beer?

Hi all, This is my first brew and I'll be bottling this weekend, but I'm afraid that I made a crucial error today. I'm brewing the BB American Amber Lager, but it has been super dark and cloudy throughout the process so I wanted to give it a nice cold crash before bottling to clear things...
