    Pitching yeast

    Looked all over for this one topic, found nothing. Would it be ok to brew up a batch (5 gallons) and then pitch the yeast in say 24 hours later.     Brew went flat

    Ok this has never happened before. I've had this honey ale in a keg fully carbonated, and when I just recently raised the temp of my keezer to 65 degrees from 38 degrees the keg it's self lost carbonation. I raised the temp to brew up a dark mild. Is the beer lost or can I get it back while...

    Best food to go with your home brew?

    One of my favorite brews is a Honey Ale. It goes great with wings, both spice hot wings or sweet honey or brown sugar wings. Trying to find a perfect pairing to go with a IPA. So what type of food is best paired with your brew? :mug:

    Keg life

    Just put 10 gals into two kegs, just wondering how long will it stay good. Already done with the carbonation. Keezer holding at 38 degrees. I normally drink it with friends in a weekend

    Irish Moss

    Just got some Irish moss in. Has anyone ever used Irish moss to help clear there brew? Any suggestions on using it?
