    Caramel simple syrup in secondary.. will caramel flavor stay?

    Long story short i put a caramel simple syrup in my secondary, I realize the yeast will eat the sugar but will the burnt sugar flavor/aroma stick around after the yeast have done their thing? I was hoping to get more caramel from my grain but came up short so i wanted to give it a boost.

    Banana Orange Pineapple Mead?

    BOP is probably my hands down favorite juice, do you think that it could convert well to a mead? I'd have to check and see if the store brands have perservatives or if they are pasteurized... but i would really like to do this in a 1 gallon test. any yeast suggestions?

    Possible to make multiple "starters" from a dry packet?

    Im wondering if its possible to make say 4 starters from 1 packet of notty's. so more or less what im wanting to do is take a little LME/water in a flask pitch the yeast let it kick off, then mix/shake the flask to suspend the yeast, then separate into 4 different bottles for future brews...
