I'm thinking about doing a Pils/Tettnang sMasH to get an idea for the malt and hops flavors. Unfortunately I can't do lagers....YET! I have a ferm chamber lined up but alas no temp control yet. What would be an ale yeast that could make this work fermenting around 65*? Thanks.
