so here is the beer it cam out very well after 3 week in primary 3 weeks in bottle its about 6% very clean and over all a good wheat beer

i would really like to see some pics of this it sound very interesting

well after i messed up the mash i started with close to 8 gallons i boiled down to like 4 1/2 i also added a half cup of sugar and a 1% alcohol boost after all that i hit my og i wanted 1.62. its fermenting away now but i dont know what to expect taste wise i hope its not to dry

i added 4.5g and been mashing for 90min now and i don't have any rice husks

i have mashed for 1 hour so far i was gonna go head a batch sparge and start the boil .... or should i mash for another hour

1lb of flaked oats 4.75lb of belgian pils malt 3lb of white wheat

8.75 pounds of grain total and it was a wheat beer

so i am mashing with way to much water i was suppose to have like 2.5 gallons but i actually have 4.5 is there a way to save this brew or is a wash ? can i collect wart and reduce it down to the 5 gallons i need

well i went ahead ani bought this its was 65 dollars on ebay i don't have any plans on doing anything bigger than five gallons my mash tun is only 10 gallons so i can make big 5 gallon beers

yes i plan on doing mostly 5 gallon.

i just made my mash tun yesterday and i wanted to get going some time this week but i just realize i only have my 4 gallon extract brewing pot. can i use it for all grain full boils? from what i been reading i am gonna need a bigger pot. will this make a good brew pot...
