    Yeast starter OK after 1 week at 70°F?

    Its all in the title...but to expand, I made yeast starter of US-05 and didn't brew and didn't have room in fridge long term so I just left it at room temp (foil cap). Will it still be OK? I'm thinking it should be fine, just decant off the liquid right? Cheers.

    Inaccurate OG...any other way to calc %alcohol?
