    yeast washing ?

    How long after transferring the beer from primary can the yeast cake sit before it is too late to try washing? I left an inch or so of beer on top, intended to wash last night after bottling, but life events got in the way. Has it sat too long, or should I give it a whirl?

    orange peel ?

    This may be a dumb question, so forgive me, but when using bitter orange peel in a wit, does the peel go into the primary or get removed/filtered before?

    fermenting in mini fridge

    I recently acquired a mini fridge that works great for one bucket fermenting. My question is how long do I need to keep the primary in the fridge before I can move it out in order to start another batch? Ambient temp in the house is usually 74-78. Would like to start another batch this weekend...
