    I usually mash at around 1.5qt/lb. As for how much water you need is largely dependent on your brewing setup. No one can really answer your question with what little information you provided.

    Need advice on new recipe! Citra IPA

    I like to keep the crystal malts low in my IPA's, somewhere between 2-5%. When they get much above that I find they interfere too much, for my tastes.
